A platform that runs the full lifecycle of a corporate conference or trade show, covering sponsor stands, package configuration, artwork approvals, payments, and real-time messaging. We've worked on it since 2017; the current build is a ground-up rebuild from 2025.
EventWorks
A multi-tenant SaaS platform for event agencies, venues and caterers. One place for contacts, costs, schedules, documents and payments, from first enquiry through to final invoice.
Venue Search London
A venue marketplace for event planners, and the admin the Venue Search London team runs the business from. We've developed it for the same client since 2013, covering search, advertising and invoicing.
Waitrose Food & Drink Festival
A ticketed food and drink festival for Waitrose, with masterclasses, chef demos and supplier showcases. Built for the launch-day rush, with door check-in that keeps working when the venue WiFi doesn't.
Bubblegum Balloons
An e-commerce platform for a Farnborough-based balloon decor business. In-browser product customisation, custom integrations with their order management, shipping and accounting tools, and a barcode-scanner app for the warehouse dispatch team.
